As replicators, we are obliged to register all replicated disks with GEMA. The client is responsible for the registration and must pay for the GEMA licence. You can register with GEMA either on your own or we can do it for you.

As a matter of principle, all rights (copyright and any other rights) must have been acquired before the production, marketing and usage of recording media.

Users are charged for licences to use the products protected by GEMA. The licence fee depends on the selling price (dealer selling price or retail price). A minimum charge may also apply.

The following copyrights are acquired for the production and distribution of recorded media with products managed and protected by GEMA (Gesellschaft für musikalische Aufführungs- und mechanische Vervielfältigungsrechte):
The author’s copyright (§ German Copyright Act 16)
The author’s distribution right (§ German Copyright Act 17)
