Presses: Fast and reliable We manufacture optical storage media around the clock, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We have a capacity of 330,000 CDs and 150,000 DVDs per day. A comprehensive camera system checks that the quality of your medium remains consistent during the production process. The manufacture of DVDs and CDs is an injection moulding process, followed by a metallisation process (known as the sputtering process, which uses aluminium or copper). Finally, a protective coating is applied to the disc. All productions bear a manufacturer code, known as the IFPI code. This guarantees traceability and confidentiality with respect to data and program content at all times. Only available at CDA: a logo with or without integrated text on the read-out side of the CD/DVD. |
