Mastering / galvanics: Production of the glass master and dies

The production of the glass master comes before the duplication process. Once your data has been carefully processed in the pre-mastering stage, your medium runs through the last instance before reproduction.

Here, the information is transferred onto a photo-sensitive layer, which is positioned on a sheet of glass. Metal films are then drawn from this glass sheet using galvanic processes. Finally, this produces the dies (the injection moulds).

The glass master and the extrusion dies are produced using the highest degree of precision in our factory and the production process is subject to continuous control.
